Embroidered t shirts can be produced in several variations. It is usual to embroider designs on sweatshirts and polo shirts and print on T-shirts, though print is sometimes used on sweatshirts.
Minimum quantities for embroidered t shirts start at 24 garments per type, though on large orders is possible to assort over any of the three. Children’s sizes are also produced.
Embroidery may be undertaken by hand or by machine. Either way the principle involves decorating t shirts and other garments with a needle and thread. Filaspun can provide embroidery on caps, hats, coats, blankets, dress shirts, denim, stockings, and golf shirts. Embroidery is available with a wide variety of colours and bespoke designs.
Bespoke embroidery from Filaspun is stitched with a computerised embroidery machine using patterns digitized with embroidery software. Our custom embroidery provides different types of “fills” add texture and design to the finished work. Our machine embroidery is used to add logos and monograms to t shirts, polo shirts, business shirts or jackets, gifts, and team apparel.
